Join our troop!
Girl Troop 9297 of Scouting America is dedicated to empowering young women through outdoor adventures, leadership development, and community service. We aim to foster teamwork, resilience, and lifelong skills, preparing our members to become confident, capable leaders of tomorrow
We meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 5-6 at Christ Episcopal Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. At our meetings we:
plan upcoming upcoming events
learn and practice Scouting skills for the outdoors, citizenship, leadership, mental and physical fitness and character development
We have campouts every month, and go many different places too. At our campouts we have:
cooked on open fires
climbed obstacle courses
hiked
dived for scallops
organized games for kids with disabilities
climbed
used an axe to split wood
slept at the Zoo and the beach
shooting sports (archery to shotguns)
and much more!
Our troop works on merit badges to learn everything from art to wilderness survival. Here is the complete list of merit badges you can work on to try out all kinds of fun, new things.
